I, John W. CLINTON, a farmer of sound mind and memory and understanding, but considering the uncertainty of this transitory life do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following:

To Wit:
First - It is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as convienently can be after my decease.

I give and bequeath to my six older chldren the some of $10.00 each, namely:
To W. E. CLINTON $10.00;
To N. J. ELLISON $10.00;
To Emma C. KIRK $10.00;
To Zelda A. BROWN $10.00;
To Luther CLINTON $10.00;
To James C. CLINTON $10.00

Second - I bequeath to my beloved wife, Ollie M. CLINTON and to her children by me nanely:
Holly CLINTON,
Rosier CLINTON,
Edna CLINTON,
Pearl CLINTON
all the residue of my personal estate divided among them in equal parts so long as said wife remains my widow. When wife ceases to remain my widow said personal property shall all go to her four children by me.

Third - I devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Ollie M. CLINTON and her four children -
Holly,
Rosier and
Edna and
Pearl M. CLINTON
the use of all the real estate of which I shall die seized until Pearl M. CLINTON becomes 18 years of age.

And lastly I nominate, constitute and appoint W. E. CLINTON or Cecil CLINTON to be the executor of this my last Will hereby revoking all other Wills, legacies and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my and and seal this 17th day of January 1914
