ALVA YEARWOOD Probate Box 59 Petition of Louisa Yearwood and Aaron Yearwood
In the matter of the Estate of Alva Yearwood, deceased, for Letter of Administration
The the Honorable Wm. T. Pace Judge of the County Court of Jeff. Co., in the State of IL:

The petition of the undersigned, Louisa Yearwood and Aaron Year- wood respectfully represents that Alva Yearwood late of the county of Jeff. aforesaid departed this life at, or near Hawthorn in the county of White, on or about the 26th day of August AD 1887, leaving no last will and testament. That the said Alva Yearwood died, and possessed Real and Personal Estate, consisting chiefly of: wearing apparel. Said Estate being estimated to be worth about twenty-five dollars.

That said deceased left surviving him Aaron Yearwood and  Louisa Yearwood, his parents and William Yearwood, E.F. Yearwood, Milla Year- wood, J-a Yearwood, his brothers and sisters and only heirs at law.

Sworn and subscribed before me this 22 day of November AD 1888.
